The beds were comfortable, and the helpful staff made check-in easy. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards could use some improvement; we found hair on the linens. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Limited dining options nearby without a car.

The location is convenient, just a quick Uber to downtown, and the shuttle service is a nice touch. Staff interactions were hit-or-miss; some were kind, but others seemed indifferent or rude. Our room felt old yet clean, though there was a concern about broken glass on the carpet that wasn’t addressed properly. A flimsy blind let in way too much light, making for a restless morning. Breakfast wasn’t sampled, but we appreciated the quiet atmosphere outside. It met most needs but could use a few tweaks.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Ownership of security felt solid; access after hours was keycard-only. A good 10-15 minute drive to key spots. unexpected drawbacks emerged. Mold in the room led to headaches. A dehumidifier was provided but lacked effectiveness. The room itself, outdated and a touch dirty, detracted from the experience. There was broken glass in the parking lot—unwelcome and frustrating. The second room was cleaner but had a small bathroom. Long hair littered the floors. A smoky odor from the heater warranted our fire alarm going off. This place has potential, but significant improvements are necessary. I'll think twice before returning, despite some positives.

I loved that breakfast was included – so much to choose from! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Plus, getting to downtown was a breeze with the shuttle service!

The bed was notably comfortable, with great pillows that made it easy to relax. The room was spacious, though I did encounter a couple of cleanliness issues initially. The air conditioning required frequent adjustments; it oscillated between being freezing and uncomfortably warm. Water pressure in the shower was acceptable but not impressive. Despite some exterior noise from renovations, my room remained quiet. The breakfast offered a decent variety, though the coffee was weak. Access to complementary cold water and all-day tea and coffee was a nice touch, adding convenience to the stay.

We had a fantastic family stay in Nashville, exploring the lively Kidsville, enjoying line dancing at the lively Broadway district, and immersing ourselves in the rich music history at the Country Music Hall of Fame. The spacious rooms, comfy beds, and delicious hot breakfast at the hotel set the perfect tone for our adventures.
My kids wished for a larger play area for children within the hotel premises.

During my stay, I found it super easy to explore nearby attractions, as the hotel is just a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Nashville and only a short ride from iconic spots like the Grand Ole Opry; plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, like the Waffle House right across the street. The hotel features clean, quiet rooms with comfy beds that made my stay enjoyable. However, I did wish they had better breakfast coffee options, as I had to venture out for my morning pick-me-up.

We had a rough night when the A/C in our room turned into a waking nightmare at 2 AM with a rattling noise. By 5:30, it smelled like something was burning, and staff didn’t seem to care. Total disappointment.

I indulged in heavenly 100-layer donuts, admired fine art at the museum, and lounged in the park. Witnessed the majestic Tennessee Titans in action. Hotel provided cozy work corner, and free high-speed wifi.
Nothing ruins a peaceful trip like loud and rowdy hotel neighbors.

The heating worked well, keeping us warm and cozy throughout the chilly evenings. the air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud and disruptive, making a screeching and banging noise all night, which affected our sleep quality. We were delighted to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage at our convenience. The sitting area was comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The room was equipped with free toiletries, which was a nice touch, but we found the quality of these items to be just average. One thing that could be improved upon was the cleanliness of the carpeted floor in our room. It seemed a bit dirty and could have used a thorough vacuuming. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but we did notice some inconsistencies, such as two room lights being out and not all the trash from the previous guest being removed. Although the flat-screen TV provided entertainment, we found the channel selection to be limited. the pull-out sofa in our room didn't fully extend, making it uncomfortable for one of our guests to sleep on. In terms of amenities, we appreciated the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock, but it would have been nice to have more pillows and blankets available for all guests. we were disappointed to encounter someone smoking heavily near our room, which was bothersome. The breakfast provided was mediocre, with strange-looking sausage patties and watery scrambled eggs that were not very appetizing. Despite these issues, the location of Alexis Inn was convenient and the price was reasonable, making it a decent choice for budget travelers.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the Broadway Historic District and checking out all the live shows! We also had a great time line dancing on Lower Broadway and visiting the National Museum of African American Music. The location was perfect for our party, filled Nashville getaway!
The only thing we wished for was more late, night activities for young, party, loving folks like us! .

the bed was comfy and clean, and the location was super close to the airport - only 10 minutes away. the hotel had a modern vibe and a spacious desk with plenty of USB ports. there were also nice toiletries and a big mirror in the room. the price was awesome.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a pubic hair found on the toilet seat upon check-in. The bathroom was cramped and poorly laid out, making it difficult to move around.

The Alexis Inn And Suites Hotel was a delightful surprise! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. The room was spotless, with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. The amenities provided, like the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV, were a bonus. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway system. The added security guard gave us peace of mind during our stay.
Thin walls, but didn't impact our overall experience.
